Original and linked reporting

Lyniq publishes its own articles and links to independently operated publishers. Linked headlines, metadata and brief excerpts remain attributable to their original authors and publishers. We do not claim ownership of third-party material, reproduce paywalled articles, or imply affiliation or endorsement.

Permitted feed use

Automation imports only enabled sources. It stores headlines, shortened excerpts, publication dates, author metadata and original links. Full article bodies and third-party news photography are not imported. A publicly accessible feed is not by itself permission for every form of republication.

Global Voices material

Global Voices excerpts are presented under Creative Commons Attribution 3.0, subject to item-specific exceptions. Each item identifies its author, publisher and original link. Excerpts are shortened and markup removed; this does not imply endorsement. See Global Voices’ republication guidelines. Third-party photographs and audiovisual works are excluded.

Accuracy and availability

Feed imports may be delayed or incomplete. Check the original publication date and publisher for updates. Commentary expresses its author’s views. The site does not provide personalised professional advice. These terms do not exclude rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Newsroom use

Team members must hold rights to submitted work, attribute sources, protect confidential information and respect editorial review. Only authorised editors may publish or schedule stories. The owner may revoke access.

Rights concerns

Source publishers can be paused and disputed material withdrawn pending review. A verified public contact and the operator’s legal identity must be added before the full editorial launch. These launch terms should then be reviewed for the operator’s actual business and jurisdiction.
